First of all I know this is picture is almost a year old but it's my favorite picture ever of Jed. Second of all, I know it's not Valentines Day, or Father's Day or Jed's birthday yet but I just had to write a little bit about why I married the best husband/father in the world! So why am I on such a husband high you might ask???...well, first of all let me tell you about last weekend...Jed went to Seattle and took Cash with him (well, actually he drove to Seattle with Cody so he wouldn't have to drive by himself and Cash flew on the plane with my awesome sister-in-law Meridith to Seattle) so I could have an entire weekend to MYSELF!!!! Yes, that's right--I'm a horrible mom who absolutely loved having an entire weekend all to myself to do whatever the heck I wanted! I slept in til 10! I went to couple of movies. I shopped. I ate out at my favorite places. I'm not going to lie---it was so great! I highly recommend it to any of you moms out there. I bet I haven't slept that well in 2 years! So anyway, back to my awesome husband. As many of you know when Jed isn't working he takes care of Cash while I'm working and he does an awesome job. I seriously think he could be a stay at home dad and be awesome at it. Tonight I even came home to a roast in the crock-pot---that's right ladies---he makes dinner! So pretty much I married the best guy in the world. I love you Jedly!! And of course I can't have a post without adding a few pictures of my second favorite guy in the world...Cashy!
Take note of his dirty shirt and nice bruise on his forehead---he nailed it on the door one morning and it was just like in the cartoons when a person falls and gets an instant goose egg--poor kid. And below is a nice "cheeser" shot---I seriously don't know why he makes this face but it cracks me up. He usually does this weird sound with it too.

Awesome Cheeser!!! It's like my girls, only better, 'cause he makes sounds!!! Glad you had such a delightful weekend, alone!!! I do wonder what it would be like???? Loveya and see you soon!
Don't feel bad that you had a weekend with no baby! Shoot I hope you enjoyed every minute of it...just makes you want to squeeze them both more when they get home!
We missed you in Seattle, but it was so fun to get to meet Cash. He is so darling! No wonder your mom is the baby hog.

Jenner has a "perma bruise" in that exact spot...whenever one vanishes, she hits her head again...over and over. Love the cheese grin!
No mom is a terrible mom for wanting time to herself. In fact, every mom needs that every once in a while so they can be a better mom. Good for you, Nalani (and Jed, too, or course).
Jed Rocks! Love the cheesy grin! I'm so excited to hang with you guys this Sunday, it's been WAY too long since we've done that!

...its about time for a new post! Tell Jed to teach Ben how to make dinner! And that cheesy grin on Cash is pretty much one of the cutest things I have ever seen.

That is awesome! What a great present for you....time alone. You do have a great husband. Taking care of Cash and dinner! They are both keepers.
I cannot believe how photgenic that kid is!! He has the best little smile and that "cheeser" is to die for!
